Winter Menu

I've spent a lot of time with the Kitchen team recently!

I've spent a lot of time with the kitchen team recently. Working on a new menu. I've been meeting with suppliers and we've spent the weekend with a consultant chef. Today we're launching it and I hope everyone will enjoy the changes we've made.

I've also been to Italy this week to visit the largest brewery in Italy and take part in an industry forum. It was quiet hard work to be honest but really enjoyable.
